Serbian dinar (RSD)

Currency

The Serbian dinar (symbol: RSD, code: RSD) is the official currency of Serbia, subdivided into 100 para. Issued by the National Bank of Serbia, the dinar traces its origins back to medieval Serbia under King Stefan Radoslav in the 13th century. The modern Serbian dinar replaced the Yugoslav dinar in 2003 following the dissolution of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia, operating today under a managed floating exchange rate regime.
